Description of the role: The Automotive Used Car Sales Associate at Smithtown Volkswagen will be responsible for assisting customers in the selection and purchase of pre-owned vehicles. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the sales process. This position is for an IMMEDIATE START Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing pre-owned vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Understand and communicate vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive sales preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation skills
