About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Program Officer (CPO) to take on the pivotal role of senior leader in charge of the organization's diverse programmatic portfolio. The CPO will be tasked with the strategic oversight and unification of various initiatives, with a focus on creating and maintaining immersive, educational experiences that connect influential individuals with the culture, diversity, and complexity of Israel. This includes programs for both rising and established leaders from a variety of fields, designed to foster meaningful connections and a deep understanding of the region. Candidates for the CPO position should have a proven track record in program management, with the ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality, impactful experiences. The role requires a visionary leader who can ensure the seamless integration of different program components and maintain a cohesive and engaging narrative. Experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly in the areas of education, cultural exchange, or international relations, is highly valued. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at building and nurturing relationships, and will have a strong commitment to the mission of the organization. A background in a relevant field such as education, social sciences, or cultural studies is also preferred.
