Are you a seasoned HR professional ready to take the lead in shaping our people strategy and culture? We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Charlotte. What You’ll Do:

As our HR Manager , you’ll be the go-to expert for all things people-related—providing leadership in areas like employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and training. You’ll work closely with leadership to build an inclusive, efficient, and compliant HR function that supports our mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration and ensure accurate and timely processing
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff on HR policies, employee development, and best practices
• Manage employee relations issues with professionalism, discretion, and legal compliance
• Monitor HR compliance and keep the company up to date on employment laws and trends
• Develop and implement training programs to support employee growth and engagement
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a management or leadership role
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, etc.)
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)
• Valid driver’s license
