Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, style guidelines and SEO best practices. This role requires a dynamic content expert skilled in writing, designing, editing, and strategically managing content across all marketing touchpoints.
- Campaign Management, Optimization and Reporting: Manage day-to-day execution of Alloy’s marketing campaigns, including budget management, A/B testing, performance tracking and reporting. - Marketing Automation & CRM: Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to nurture leads for Alloy, manage prospect data and streamline our internal sales and marketing processes.
- Internal Marketing Strategy & Collaboration: Work closely with Alloy’s leadership and teams to understand our business goals, ideal client profiles and market landscape to develop and refine effective marketing strategies for the agency. Partner with internal teams (e.g., leadership, sales, subject matter experts from PR, design, web development) to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts for Alloy, leveraging our subject matter expertise when needed.
- Event Coordination : Support the planning, organizing and execution of in-person events at the Alloy Atlanta office. Coordinate the promotion of our thought leaders and logistics for speaking at and sponsoring events.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends, tools and best practices in lead generation, content marketing and digital advertising to ensure Alloy stays at the cutting edge in how we market ourselves.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience (typically 3-5+ years) in a marketing management role, preferably with experience in marketing for a B2B service company, marketing agency, or in a tech environment.
- Demonstrable success in developing and executing lead generation strategies that have driven measurable results (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline growth) for a business.
- Strong expertise in content creation, content strategy and managing editorial calendars. A portfolio showcasing your work is highly encouraged.
- Proven ability to own and execute end-to-end social media content strategies, encompassing planning, creation, distribution, and optimization across various platforms, with demonstrated achievements in boosting key metrics like engagement, reach and follower growth.
