About the Job: We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will support our marketing functions including demand generation, brand, content, events, and product marketing. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn, contribute across multiple disciplines, and play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This position reports to Arcoro’s Director of Demand Generation and will work closely with other marketing and sales teams to support growth initiatives. What you will be doing: Assist in executing demand generation campaigns , including email marketing, paid media, segmentation and list building, and lead nurturing efforts. Support brand and content marketing efforts , including social media and blog content coordination, and campaign messaging. Help coordinate marketing events and webinars , ensuring seamless execution from planning to follow-up. Assist with content development , working with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials such as case studies, sales collateral, and blog posts. Collaborate with the product marketing team to help create go-to-market materials, competitive intelligence reports, and messaging updates. Manage and update marketing assets , ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Monitor marketing campaign performance , providing insights and recommendations based on key metrics. Support CRM and marketing automation efforts , helping to maintain clean data and execute email campaigns via HubSpot or similar tools. Work cross-functionally with sales and customer success teams , assisting with marketing alignment and sales enablement initiatives. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices , proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Conduct research on target markets, industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to support marketing initiatives. Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role , preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus). Excellent organizational and project management skills , with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong writing and communication skills , with attention to detail. A proactive and adaptable mindset , eager to take on new challenges and learn across different marketing disciplines. Basic understanding of digital marketing channels , including email marketing, paid media, social media, and SEO. Experience with marketing tools like Asana (or other project management platforms), Google Analytics, and basic design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus). Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different teams , including sales, content, and product marketing.
