Our client, a global leader in precision power conversion and control solutions, is seeking a Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Technician

Location: Vancouver, WA

Pay Range: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic equipment to meet production schedules and performance standards.
• Utilize test procedures, drawings, schematics, and verbal/written instructions to test and troubleshoot units.
• Communicate openly and effectively in a professional manner.
• Maintain fixturing and perform calibration, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
• Document test results accurately and assist in training other employees in established processes.

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions.
• Soldering skills and basic electro/mechanical assembly skills.
• Component identification and the ability to read technical assembly documentation and schematics.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with SAP.
• 1+ years of manufacturing electronic test technician experience preferred.
