Job Opportunity: Experienced Truck Dispatcher
We are looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our growing team. If you have a passion for logistics and a proven track record in truck dispatching, we want to hear from you!
Key Requirements:
5+ years of truck dispatching experience (7+ years preferred)
Proven success in managing multiple trucks and building long-term relationships with clients
Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on problem-solving and customer service

Commission-based pay: Earn 3% commission per load with the potential to increase your earnings as you grow your portfolio
Career Growth: Most of our dispatchers start with 5 trucks but end up managing 10+ trucks within the first 12 months. Many dispatchers go on to manage 20+ trucks within three years of joining our team.
