Job Description

Holman Motorcars seeks an accomplished Pre-Owned Sales Manager to oversee our elite inventory of pre-owned ultra-luxury and exotic automobiles, including Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, and other highline marques. This role is central to delivering a white-glove experience for our clientele and driving profitable growth at Holman Motorcars. Responsibilities include managing, coaching, and developing a top-tier sales team focusing on professionalism, performance, and elevated client care; building long-term relationships with clients by providing tailored consultations and a concierge-level buying experience; overseeing the acquisition, appraisal, pricing, and merchandising of pre-owned vehicles; setting aggressive but achievable targets and implementing data-driven strategies to drive department profitability and customer satisfaction; working directly with the Vice President of Ultra Luxury Sales Operations to align with strategic objectives and brand vision; and partnering with service, finance, and delivery teams to ensure every customer interaction reflects clientele's elevated expectations. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of sales leadership in a highline or ultra-luxury dealership environment, poised and confident client interaction skills, a track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing sales teams, deep understanding of ultra-highline vehicle market trends and buyer behavior, a reputation for discretion and ethical conduct, and proficiency in CRM tools and inventory management systems.
